We are looking for entrepreneurial talents to scale our business in Africa.
Optimetriks is an Africa based company whose solutions enable FMCG companies operating in Africa to get a tighter control over their distribution networks, reach their full sales potential and better understand the market dynamics through smarter field data.
We have built an agile and mobile first sales force automation solution in a Software-as-a-service mode, relying on a robust mobile app and web reporting dashboards, to digitise the main distribution workflows: outlet management, retail audit, order placement, etc.
We enable a scientific data driven distribution in the informal trade sector, made up of millions of small outlets. We work for Tier 1 clients, such as Nestlé, Danone, L'Oreal, Airtel, Tigo, IFC, World Bank, etc.
End to end responsibility of operational projects, turn client requests in execution delivery
Manage the local operations and field contributors teams
Provide regular operational, commercial and financial reporting to stakeholders
Contribute to product development tests, define hypothesis, run experiments, measure KPIs, provide feedbacks
Source leads in the country among our target : FMCGs, institutions, etc
